Its the grammar that offends me in the email

Absolutely.  The whole thing is a mess and reads like it's written by someone still at school.

Linux: @mikehales is VodafoneNZ aware of these issues I am also trying to open this months invoice in the My Vodafone App and getting invalid format

Linux

Not to mention since the app was updated about a couple of months ago it crashes when you actually click on "view bill". Clearly the QA is pretty crap and I can't believe this isn't fixed since it's obviously something lots of people use.

To view the bill (which doesn't actually work anyway since it's saying invalid format) you have to click on "pay bill" and then "view latest bill".

Doesn't work for me.

@linux

Just on that invalid format - when did you get this? A fix for Android and iPhone went in 22nd, so good to get info on when and what platform?

Still unable to view my bill. Not paying it until I can since I have just changed plans and my bill has definitely changed. If Vodafone tries to ping me the $17+ for late payment I will refer them to this thread and point out at least someone at Vodafone was aware of the issue and it is still as yet unfixed.

They will for sure ping you extra $$$$

I pay extra $$$$ to get my invoice by mail....so I guess if you get it free you expect poor service...j/k

We all know by know that VF seldom does anything right.

@bmt you can view your bill in ' My Vodafone ' via www.vodafone.co.nz saying you refuse to pay cause you can't view it in the App is not really an excuse
