Also, where did you get that phone from, imported? could be the wrong bands.

YvonneW:

The settings for the APNs are the same as it says on the Vodafone site... still no luck accessing web pages. Error message is 'webpage not available. Opps this page may be temoralily unavailable.' Makes no difference which pages I try.

Can you confirm what the APNs are please? FYI it's not roaming setting related

If it was incorrect bands then the handset would get zero mobile coverage

Make sure you are not using live.vodafone.com APN for trying to browse the web

Don't Vodafone require you to activate the prepay SIM over the data connection? Did that work or did you get that done through the call centre?

I've had the SIM for ages. It worked fine in this phone then just stopped allowing me to view internet pages using data.

Time for a hard reset of the handset then I suspect

Other things you may want to check for troubleshooting purposes would be whether you are successfully obtaining an IP address for the data connection (under the About device option) and whether data works on GPRS/3G if possible.

How did you go with trying it on another handset?

A quick google showed up someone with a similar issue:

http://community.vodafone.co.nz/t5/Android-phones/No-internet-on-3G-and-4G-everything-else-is-OK-Meizu-M2-Note/td-p/196085/page/2

Two causes:

- They migrated from Telstra/Clear and required different settings

- In the settings they had disabled the "apps authorized to have mobile data access"

Proves issue is on handset and it's not an APN issue
