I have an appointment this afternoon, so if you can arrange remote access port forward port 8080 to your wrtp and set me up a temp password , I can take a look and confirm if the issue is device related before I have to go, I'm a bit concerned it's a faulty device since we haven't even seen it come on line for a few days, and I would like to get you get on line asap with a Sick relative offshore .
Think I found it, the device voice settings are actually at factory default and has no config at all, I have put in the default rule for you so a reboot now will kick off auto provisioning so you should be back on line shortly after that.
Great service as always, thanks. The voice side was locked when I looked at it this morning, and the modem is stable again. Guess there was lightning or something that corrupted the settings.
