Regs: calling whangaparoa from auckland city used to be a toll call.. doesnt surprise me if pukekohe is too..


Calling from WGP to ALBANY is a toll call.

oCalls tp walkworth are toll calls too.. Still.

(Of course this is dependant on your calling plan)

Just tell them nicely that it's not a Pukekohe number and their system is wrong and could someone please investigate.  It wouldn't hurt to give them the link to the website given earlier too.

I have looked into this and I can confirm that our internal version of the NAD was incorrect.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the mal-formed contents of the NAD database, updates for changes to it are not easily automated. The process is manual until the database is improved.

I will be updating our version with this update and calls for this month will not be charged.

Please feel free to PM me your Customer Number or Phone Number if you like and I can organize a credit for the other calls.
