Here is a story about billing issues. I pay my car insurance monthly around $50 (internet banking) every month I was was paying more and finally after 2 years I thought i should be in credit quite a bit. I phoned them and they advised me I wasn't in credit. Their billing system for the last 2 years was automatically removing the extra I paid and putting it into their holding acount and making my balnce $0. They went through all the payments for over 2 years and I got a credit of about $70.

I think were getting off topic yes both companies do great things for charities. Yet the issues of vodafones call center and their billing as pointed out above still stands. One million dollars to a charity is a great thing but its not helping their customers or vodafone fix their problems.
