Remember folks: 4G is for mobile data only, voice is still carried over 2G/3G. This means you might have 4G coverage but no voice... Or you might have 2G coverage with voice/GPRS data but not 4G speeds...

I wonder if 2Degrees will be utilising some of Vodafone's 4G towers?

Hmm. The URL I linked above says "To experience 4G, you’ll need a 4G upgrade add-on or you’ll need to get 4G included on selected [...] plans". I wonder what this "4G upgrade add-on" is for if it's the same price as 3G.

I can't see this happening as 2D do not roam onto our towers in main citys

So there's no increase in data caps for 4G? That really defeats the purpose doesn't it? Most likely you will use more data with increased speed.
