on the other side if you are a CEO earning 100+K $69 /mth might as well be your packet of 2 minute noodles.

Actually very few customers are asking for it afaik that's why it most likely wont happen

I have never asked for carryover data with Vodafone, but it does not mean I don't want it! Ok, now I am asking. It is something I absolutely, absolutely want, and it is reason enough for me to leave Vodafone for 2 degrees when my current plan is up. This month I'm over my 300 minutes, most months I'd be lucky to hit 200. I very much have ebs and flows. On 2 degrees I wouldn't be penalized, on Vodafone I am.

Having Australian minutes would be fantastic too.

I would take a guess that most people simply vote with their feet rather than waste their time asking Vodafone to bring in carryover data (or similar). I think its a lazy attitude for Vodafone to simply say 'no one is asking for it so they don't get it'.

Have Vodafone done any exit surveys (or similar) to see why people leave Vodafone or go to 2 degrees? I'd be interested in seeing that survey...

It's a lazy attitude to just change providers before asking your current provider if they will give you what you want, it's also not good because with everyone that's walked instead of walking if they had all asked for the cary over mins then vodafone would possibly have already started offering it. Also vodafone are more corporate, they spend all their money outfitting their stores.

that as maybe but is totally irrelevant when there was no comparison.

Not sure where the $69 comes from as I only pay $39 a month and its suffice for data and call minutes, if it isn't I change it to a plan that suits my needs.

I never needed it before because I didn't know about it now I "absolutely absolutely want" so last month you needed it now you just want it when its not available.

Change your plan or Telco simple as that

Mobile phoes are a luxary and mobile operators need to make money. We don't want another VFAU.
