MikeGayner: I was told months ago by a CSR that you would be implementing an online credit card billing system "soon". I was hopeful this update included that implementation, but no. Come on, Xnet, you're an online company selling and online service - why can't you get an online credit card billing system, like every other online product or service retailer? I hate having to ring up every time I want to charge my bill to my credit card - mucho inconveniento.


??? Do Xnet staff still frequent this forum?

hpj2007: Mine is uptodate till Sunday 10 am.


The call records processing was slow over the weekend , it was catching up yesterday so thats why you would have seen some delays in some records getting through to ViewBill

Maverick, any chance of removing the requirement for inserting your account number when you log in? It's a bit of a pain having to fish out the acct number everytime I want to have a look.

Otherwise very good serviceSmile

It's there for security sorry Marmel, understand it can be a bit of pain but we are pretty anal about customers security with Billing infoWink
