Still unable to view my bill. Not paying it until I can since I have just changed plans and my bill has definitely changed. If Vodafone tries to ping me the $17+ for late payment I will refer them to this thread and point out at least someone at Vodafone was aware of the issue and it is still as yet unfixed.

You agreed to the terms of paying your bill or facing the late payment fee and/or disconnection or debt collection when you signed up. Under your obligations of being an adult just pay it. I would normally say the bill has also been emailed to you but I understand it hasn't for some people (like myself) but I also know you can get your bill via My Vodafone on their website too.

The app being broken and their email not working correctly isn't an excuse to not fulfill your obligations to them. You're still getting the product you signed up for.

Clear documents from app/device and reload - assuming you've updated the app?

If you're talking to me- my pictures are not a device related issue. It's a Vodafone issue. Looking at the source of the email, all the picture links etc. are just very broken. An example....

<td cellpadding=" cellspacing=" border=" height=px; min-width: 600px;" style="ackground-color:#d9d9d9;line-height:1px;&quot;">
<img src="ttps://object-storage.nz-por-1.catalystcloud.io/v1/AUTH_168a6ba738714ce0a6a5694381b247ac/vf_nz_prod_bucket/spacer.gif&quot;" height=" width=" style="ax-height:11px;min-height:1px;display:block;width:600px;min-width:600px;padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-right:0;padding-left:0;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-right:0;margin-left:0;&quot;">
</td>

<td width="00&quot;" style="ertical-align:top;&quot;">
<a href="ttp://www.vodafone.co.nz&quot;" target="blank&quot;">
<img src="ttps://object-storage.nz-por-1.catalystcloud.io/v1/AUTH_168a6ba738714ce0a6a5694381b247ac/vf_nz_prod_bucket/voda6370_rhombus.gif&quot;" width="00&quot;" alt="odafone" Powertoyou?="" class="mgClass2&quot;" style="order-style:none;&quot;">
</a>

Note the missing H from HTTPS and the &quot; at the end. Even with Https it returns a 404 - need to remove %quot; for it to work.
Same issue right throughout the email... looks like someones stuffed up the template.

Linux: @mikehales is VodafoneNZ aware of these issues I am also trying to open this months invoice in the My Vodafone App and getting invalid format

Linux

Not to mention since the app was updated about a couple of months ago it crashes when you actually click on "view bill". Clearly the QA is pretty crap and I can't believe this isn't fixed since it's obviously something lots of people use.

To view the bill (which doesn't actually work anyway since it's saying invalid format) you have to click on "pay bill" and then "view latest bill".

If we're gonna talk about QA in the app, lets also mention the now misaligned log on screen logo.

When you first open the app, the vodafone logo is in one place, then when it starts giving you the "retrieving account information", the logo moves a few mm to the right! WHY!?

I don't have OCD, but this is slightly infuriating. Overlay to show what I mean....

 I should post over at /r/mildlyinfuriating haha

Think thats bad? What about the "WANT TO SEE YOUR FRIDAY DEALS?" thing with needless slow animations before showing you 3 deals, only not to actually show you which connection they are for, so sometimes I end up buying 3 gigs for $1 or something on a sim that I dont actually even use for data.

Got my invoice last night. Must say the e-mail looked very...1999-ish. Very similar to the yellow one in the screenshot above. Bad HTML everywhere.

I received by emailed invoice yesterday and everything looked perfectly normal and professionally presented.

It looks like the issues above must be affecting certain customers?
