Wondering if there was any update on this? Any testing I can do to help narrow things down? Not affecting me but would be keen to get to the bottom of this.

Unfortunately doesn't seem like there's anything else we can do, Vodafone staff have stopped replying to the issue on the community forums aswell. So far it seems like a QoS issue on the router. I suspect it has to do with the router deprioritising "gaming" to reserve badwidth for Vodafone TV, something that's being pushed heavily when upgrading to fibre, would explain the missing QoS toggle in the router settings too if Vodafone wants their online TV service to always run smooth.

Besides encrypting your traffic through a VPN or buying a 3rd party router there doesn't seem to be anything we can do.

Upgrade to new firmware and let it restart.

Turn off ipv6

Then power it off for 1 minute and restart. This appears to work.

A restart or immediate re-power doesn't. It needs to stay off after for a while to clear.

OK, just running on the HG659 for now, mate has ordered an EdgeRouter but I'll still try and give this a go and will let you know.

Is there any update on this? I still couldn't seem to get it working.

I've not had a chance to re-test it yet but am not holding my breath.

For anyone having this issue with Port 80 Speeds (impacts Steam, Origin and Battle.net) after the firmware update and a 2 min power cycle, Feel free to PM me the S/N of the Ultrahub or account number so I can have a look. I have been able to replicate this issue and resolve this issue with a firmware upgrade and power cycle and would like to find out more info if this is still impacting some Routers.
