VFX service is working fine for me. If you have no VoIP have you tried resetting your ATA or doing a sip reload if you run Asterisk?

VFX is back and I just got a bunch of call notifications for test calls I made even during the outage, so some of their systems must have been working

We're in Hastings on naked dsl (second day!) and it's still down. I try rebooting the 877 every now and again, CD (ADSL) light comes up straight away, but PPP never comes up... So no internet, no phone. 2+ hrs...

Still down in Auckland. So are all WXC's phone numbers.

You would think they would have learnt from their previous RADIUS problems and inplemented some redundancy.

(Our Orcon, Telstra, Callplus and Vector connections are still up, oh wait, they have redundancy, and network technicians on call).

{MOD : SP : Removed unnecessary derogatory word}

This is infrastructure - of course is doesn't work in Auckland!
Some of you elected Banks as Mayor - can't expect 21st century services.

At a shade under 3 hours down time it looks like life might be returning to normal.

Good to know it wasn't their equipment that failed.

Fantastic, I'm finally back up.

Down at 1.38 and up at 4.31 - That beats Telstra's cable outages.
