In defence of Xnet all they can do it log these sort of issues with Telecom and eventually Telecom will get around to resolving them.
However it does sound like their helpdesk could have given you clearer answers and better service.
JoeCool: I will NOT be going with a company charging disconnect fees (e.g. Snap rate high in customer satisfaction, but charge a $99 disconnect if you terminate before 12 months. Not risking 12 months!)
JoeCool: Hmmm. Armed with all the stats over the last month FINALLY someone at XNet admintted there is a congestion issue (Duh! It's pretty obvious).
We'll see what happens now...
