r0bbie: Hi Aaroona - yes im on the easy plan which is FS/128 (I reckon they should go FS/FS like telecom has with all their plans)

I get 4000kbps during the mornings maxium (due to the upload speed cap im guessing) but during the evenings i get <1200kbps and pages dont load etc (other users are complaining the same too)

800-900kbps is very low - did you find out the cause?

800-900kbps for upload is actually very good. It's almost as fast as ADSL2+ in NZ can handle.

as far as your speed problems - I dont think the upload limit is helping, but reading around it does look like there is an issue with Vodafone - at least thats what I see from a link someone posted above.

Vodafone speaks again on the issue saying they have fixed a few things http://forum.vodafone.co.nz/topic/5694-broadband-speedbrowsing-and-online-gaming-issues/

Has anyone noticed a difference?

Allot of gamers still having severe issues, especially gamers playing on international servers (i.e. MMOs). Feedback thread has hit 28 pages... fun and games.

Seems the culprit may be packet shaping (not confirmed yet and only anecdotal), but it's something I thought it could be fairly early on.

hi everyone. I recently joined vodafone on the ultimate pack deal. browsing is extremely slow and facebook, youtube etc is not even loading at the moment. Anyone else in the same boat?
Looking through the posts, I realised that this issue begun on the 22nd of July. Pretty long
lasting issue, hope it gets solved soon. Feedback would be appreciative. Thanks.

I joined vodafone late July and the speed was great for a couple days then this suddenly happens, Vodafone haven't really been telling us whats happened, its not good enough. The internet is beyond useless after 3pm
