Grant01: What the?bloody hell?happened to the 1GB bonus showing on the website yesterday and not showing at all today??

Best move to Two Degrees.

John's already answered your question multiple times. ?Threatening him with moving to a competitor isn't going to get you what you want from Vodafone.??

Agreed.. instead of complaining, why not just negotiate your terms when you sign up. I have found Vodafone very flexible on this.

I think I have 17 months left of 'the free 1GB' promo.

Your fibbing, you can't do that, it's not possible, the plans are what they are like it or lump it.

Best idea then is to ignore rumors as most of the time they are just rubbish

500mb wont be enough, 600mb at the least, and I don't see why Vodafone only have the more expensive smart plans for post pay, prepay have a $25,$35 option to, Vodafone always aim to get the most cash out of postpay.

Mobile carriers are very negotiable when it comes to doing deals, particularly if you're a long term and/or high value customer. I know a number of people who have resigned with both Telecom and Vodafone in recent months and received some great deals, and account credits, that aren't standard.

if you don't ask you won't know what you (could) be missing out on.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

johnr: Sadly, All good promotions must come to an end and this one is no different, but we'll give you plenty of notice. As always, we have some other new goodies up our sleeve, more on that to come.

The old smart plans 3gb was a promotion, But then it got made into something more permanent.

Yes, I still have the 3GB. Loving it :D

Can anyone else confirm?

Nate, I am still showing 1250 but our billing period rolled over a week or so ago so maybe that has something to do with it?

I doubt any retail stores will be able to do that at all. Usually just customer service or business account managers will have that kind of flexibility.

Ah! So we are talking about very high spending customers, more like business accounts, not someone that is just spending $40 to $50 a month.
