Hello,

So apparently after the 6 months you just change to a simple plan then back to your old smart plan and you get another 6 months free 1gb!

amusing your just on Month to Month and the Promo is still there when your 1gb has ended.

When I joined Vf I changed my bill date, how do I know when my bonus1 gb ends? When you start a smart plan does the bonus end in 6 months or does it go by the amount of paper bills generated?

I think It has been more than 6 months and I'm still getting my free 1GB data pack so I'm assuming John is eluding to some form of extension or faulty system causing it to not be removed.

I always have the impression that the 1GB bonus is meant to last forever... It is typical of vodafone to over-run *promotion*

its like they want the customers to stay on their toes.. Let's think of other telco's who have similar deals that keep on pushing out the goal posts?

Why not offer the deal as part of the plan or is this to create a sense of urgency and get people moving right away? I much prefer to feel stable and know what is coming next week.

It just means they can withdraw it if need be I guess. I for one am not complaining.

I will take it that means the 1gb is actually permanent.....

Yeah but I can get it for 12 months from someone else so why would I risk 6 months?

Sadly, All good promotions must come to an end and this one is no different, but we'll give you plenty of notice. As always, we have some other new goodies up our sleeve, more on that to come.
