StevieT: So to clarify that I've got this right, when it comes to the 13th rather than top-up, I change my plan to Prepay 19 (as it won't automatically change me)? All the top ups of $20 each month has left me with $80+ on my mobile.

Also: Because of these new pre-pay plans, is the pricing for mobile broadband data (pre-paid, e.g. for a 4G mobile broadband data device) going to be adjusted?

Hi StevieT, let me help you a bit more here.

Freebees is one of our older plans, so what you need to do is switch plan to Prepay $19.  To do this you can do a couple of things.  First you can log into the My Vodafone app, and under 'Plan' you can select to switch to Prepay $19.  Secondly, you could log into My Vodafone via your web browser (which I think you have been doing) and under the plan menu, you could also switch to Prepay $19.  Please let me know if you get stuck. After you have done that, you'll be on our new plan which lets you carry over any unused data or minutes each month - enjoy!

Note: Once you change, you'll be on a completely new plan, which will cost $19 every 30 days, so if you have $80 credit on your account, you are good to go for quite a while!

As for Mobile broadband, it's not changed - go check out our Prepay Data Add-Ons if you want the latest pricing etc.

Bit too late now. I switched to 2degrees on the weekend because I have had enough of Vodafone's lousy customer service, frequent marketing texts and taking customers for granted.

These plans sound great, but what  I would really like from Vodafone is a timely delivery of my TXT messages.

I sent a text to someone in Raumati South at 1148  this morning and they only recieved it at 1656 this afternoon when they moved out of Raumati South!!!!!!

This is not the first time this has happened.

How is this post related to carry over? I have asked a few questions in the other thread you started on this topic

Terms and conditions Yes but it's not obvious when you go to the prepay page, and they haven't announced on Facebook or then front page of the website or a TV ad or something yet but I'm sure they will soon

Nothing really I was just being a little cynical as it seems wonderful that Vodafone is offering all these wonderful new plans, when I can’t even get a TXT delivered in a timely manner.

Cheers Paul.

2degrees does, we'll it takes 1 minute from your minutes per call instead of 20 cents per call, and skinny does on their $40 combo... Would be great to see VF do it, they haven't put much effort into prepay lately until now

You just dial your own number to retrieve your voicemail and it will use included minutes instead.

kiwitrc: We probably should be thanking 2 Degrees rather than VF.

Don't remember when they thanked us for launching 4G and HD voice

when 4g was launched wasn't it a $10 add on? hardly worth thanking for!
