I had an outage a few nights ago. But didn’t come back after the ‘usual’ 2 minutes so rebooted the TC4400 and my router. Was ok after that. As the previous outages were always 2 minutes long and I didn’t have to reboot anything, just wait. I didn’t think the latest one was related.

I did try and log it with Ninja Chat though and he suggested my router needed replacing. I asked him to look at my call history and disconnected. Just didn’t feel like explaining it all. ;)

Another random outage. Lasted longer than 2 minutes. All the lights on cable modem were on and normal.
Restarted my router first. Nothing
Restarted cable modem and it came back up.

I may be over sensitive to outages now; I think FibreX Max is still sh1te. Dropout twice this week. This time we were just watching Netflix. First $%#king world %^&king problems.....

Rant !@**king rant.

I wouldn’t say all good, but better than before so far. However if it becomes more of a problem and I have to call Voda’s helpdesk ever again I may have to commit Seppuku.

Also, was the hood reference to Upper Hutt? I could be offended, but there was a shooting near my suburb a few months ago. ;)
