For me, Xnet and the Fusion plan are just the bee's knees.
I had Telecom for 'phone and ISP, but gave away having a fixed line at all for 2 years out of the frustration with that service (or lack). With Xnet and a Wag54-GP2 everything has gone extremely smoothly. It is a pity we are so far from the exchange; but regardless of that, the service is impeccable and neither I nor the other party have any problems with call quality. It always just works, very well too.
The best thing is that now we all have a range of choices, even for those who prefer Telecom.
