This is why I have just made the move to 2degrees.
I am on a 950/500 unlimited plan, how on earth is a move to 4G (the reception is rubbish at my house) an “upgrade” over fibre? I filled in the form and three days later there was still no call back so I contacted them on Facebook and still no call.
I do not appreciate having a service I am paying for changed without my permission. I understand that ISP can make you chance plans at times or increase pricing but a move from fibre to 4G is not a small change it’s a different connection method that has its own pro’s and cons. If I wanted wireless I would order it.
I refuse to waste anymore of my time with Vodafone, I should not need to chase them, this is very poor from a customer service perspective.
