Looking like it's fixed here too, and stream/upload tests are yielding normal results again.

IP team pushed an update to the core that has fixed something that was broken on Thursday.

 

 

 

Traceroutes might look a little different now.

 

 

 

Happy to hear we've resolved it.

That's a pretty quick turnaround for a best effort residential service. Especially as it was reported over a weekend. Well done. :)

I'm in Christchurch and had issues with HFC upload slowing to a crawl  and packet loss on and off since anuary (at random times of day). Had a tech visit a couple of times, however due to the issue being sporadic they said there was nothing wrong with it. In the end gave up and moved to Fibre.
