Remember with the channel change that on MySky you cannot enter "1" you must put "001".

With the T-Box you can do both but if you do "1" it must wait to see if you wanted to still enter something. If you like faster use "001".

Channel up down via remote has never annoyed me for speed.

I think the current digital tv STB channel change either take 1 digit or 3 digits as well, I only use 1 or 2 digits and never bothered me on channel change speed.

Anyone here requested for 2x T-Boxes upgrade? AFAIK from the technicians that came and do ours said many that were getting installed today for multiple T-Boxes have difficulty getting the 2nd one running.

Internet is my backyard...

OMG! Okay people, if you haven't seen or operate T-Box in person, you'll be amazed and appreciate the long hard effort TelstraClear has put into it for the last 2 years! Honestly!

I admit I was one of many unhappy TelstraClear customers that have been wishing and hoping T-Box be out earlier the year, and many many months ago when it first surfaced. (I am glad, TelstraClear took their time to developer their T-Box, and it is paying off!)

I am a proud subscriber of two T-Boxes! And it's already making our life so much better already. Two T-Boxes means up to four programmes be recorded and watching up to two live/recorded programmes - in separate TV of course!

Kudos TelstraClear!

Sigh - and of course you could have done all this with a Vu+Duo box, AND had pretty much unlimited storage (2TB on board + eSATA + 2x USB + network to PC etc...). Oh, AND pick up other channels like SBS from Aust, C42, and other stuff you're probably missing. AND, stream live TV or recorded content to PCs that are networked to the box, while watching whatever you want on the "main" TV.

Yeah but not everyone want a Vu+Duo, also it isn't on TCL's network. You'd be missing out the PPV (which again not everyone may use it...).

You can prefer whatever you want :-) I like our T-Boxes. That is all.

@Dawg, I think my situation was that, one of the T-Box was not provisioned properly, and I remember Grant was saying that the command to "reset" the T-Box (the problematic one) didn't get through.

I don't know what went wrong but I know around 6:30pm through the help of Grant, it was working for me.

Made us very happy :-D
