MikeHales:

@hio77

Dedicated to the Smart Connect plan but not doubt will help if asked.

Link to Smart Connect page from https://www.vodafone.co.nz/help/ (+ more to follow later this week)

Smart Connect page - https://www.vodafone.co.nz/help/broadband-and-tv/smart-connect/ and chat link on that page.

Aha. the giant modem... user error!

Didn't jump out at me... "smart connect" was looking for "chat" or "Live" or something!

Dedicated to smart connect sounds risky, Assumption that folk will jump over or an expectation of large wait times.

I'll sniff about them though, if they can impress me... They certainly have my business. I dislike phonecalls, Helpdesk can't seem to identify my voice, always throws me straight into an unimpressed state. (I worked a half a year in callcenter never having this issue, nor do our offshore team miss it)

I see that the plan now include back the VDSL

from the previous, we can see that it was include the 2 Wi-fi extender, now it is not included.

Hi Mike

Really, wonder who will be using land-line to land-line now days ...

I would think logically Land-line to mobile will be acceptable in today's world...

LOL, my wife insisted on landline (ssshhhh it's VOIP), though I can count the number of calls made/received in past year on one hand - all mobile now.
