So, last couple of nights this is what i've been seeing:


...which would be acceptable except that, as I mentioned earlier, every Xth ping takes over 1 sec to return.  The visible effect of this is whne I go to a besite it appears that nothing happens.  Refresh the page & it returns as you'd expect.  Streaming video is not an option.

The other thing I'm seeing is that this:

...is what I'm seeing first thing in the morning, a time that I traditionally got >6Mb/s

Maybe Telecom is punishing me for complaining???  Maybe they say "Hey, if we throttled him back in the morning, he'd think this was just normal & go away??"


So, better?  Sometimes yes, sometimes no.  It still doesn't feel like Broadband, and with the dropped packets it seems there is still definitely a problem.
