Yabanize: They still haven't put it on the website?

http://www.vodafone.co.nz/legal/terms-conditions/prepay-19/

Terms and conditions Yes but it's not obvious when you go to the prepay page, and they haven't announced on Facebook or then front page of the website or a TV ad or something yet but I'm sure they will soon

For sure, Valid reason why

What exactly is the reason it's been like 3 weeks now and the website still hasn't been updated...

Makes no difference customers are moved to carryover from 19 and 29 next time they renew

The difference is VF is missing out on new customers because they're not even telling people it exists!

This was the main advantage 2degrees had Plus existing customers might not know they have it? have you sent them text notifications?

No facebook post either

Surprised you're not shouting it from the roof tops

I was an existing customer and i recieve a text message , but some nice person at Vodafone phoned me with a much better offer to me so i switched to that ,otherwise i would of been happy to stay were i was and on the same plan

lokhor: My wife is on the $19 smart plan and hasn't had any communication about Carryover

Cause it's not carry over, They need to be on base plan ' Prepay ' not ' PrepaySmart '

PrepaySmart is a retired base plan

John

So what is the remedy?

Change plan if you wish, This can be done in the ' My Vodafone ' App or on the main Vodafone NZ site once logged in

Does the 'base plan' still exist? If I try to change my plan from PrepaySmart I can only choose between $19, $29 and $9 monthly.

Is there a way to stay on the casual everything and buy, for example, $19 just for a month?

Just had my first "carry over" and would like some clarification on a couple of things.

In the Android app and on the website, the carried over portions are tagged into the new month of the carry over plan. I guess this is because if you don't renew the plan you lose the carry over. However the carried over portion also has a 360 day expiry and this is not shown anywhere I can find. Is this information somewhere I can see?

When the next month carries over, and if I have any spare minutes or data left over from this month, is this added as another line to the plan, or bundled together with the previous months carried over data for a total carried over data?

I know the order of usage is Deals then Current month plan then carried over stuff, but what is the order of usage within the carried over data, oldest or newest first? This is not listed in the Terms and Conditions.
