So, just because i CAN have the T Box they will charge me more for my phone and internet than the guy that can't have the T Box - end result, the cost to jump to sky isn't practical.
Also, why do companies like these offer better deals to new clients than their existing loyal client base.

Once your stuck with a company, you'll put up with all sorts of crap because moving is an effort. It's easy to change power companies, and even banks are easy to switch now. But Telco's, that's another matter, particularly if people can't get in touch because the number has changed.
