I have xNet with VFX, the VFX was awesome when it was first connected, but then I moved it to my other phone line and it turned to crap, so I think it may be the line causing the crappy VFX quality, cos it's really hard to hear people and it some times goes dead during a conversation.
This has only happened since changing lines :(

There have, however been some issues with the systems on the Telecom provisioning side and with everyone running short handed through the holiday period, we have decided to wait until the 7^rd of Januray to start taking orders from the general public. The web page will go live that morning.

There will be instances of delays and the like when some customers order NDSL simply because much of the copper number designators into your homes and business are not well documented and there is sometimes a bit of hunting for the line that goes on.

When we do launch it, we want to minimize any problems and ensure that the automated provisioning processes are solid and that when they do let us down, we are able to achieve a quick and positive result for the subscriber.

 So- 7 January is the date. I’ll warn the team to come back fresh and ready to make 2008 the year that New Zealand got Naked.
