Hi

Anyone noticed lately the Vodafone website is slow?
I noticed this isn't any particular time of the day but any time of the day.

Adding a best mate while in "my account" takes 15 minutes.

Checking the accessories page for Samsung S3 , the session times out.

Trying to get onto vodafone website at work today but wouldn't even let me in.

Agreed. The Mobile Accessories part of the website is terribly slow. I tried buying something but it wouldn't even work. It would just time out. But for me everything else on the website works, it's just when viewing accessories.. Weird.

We were given some VF Credit to purchase accessories with, after 4 days of trying we decided it wasn't worth it and would have been cheaper to buy them at full price :)

How is the speed now?

After a major behind the scenes upgrade the vodafone.co.nz site was cut over to new hardware and everything else that ran it start of this week

Slow / stable are 2 different things, I am confused now as you spoke about speed and this has been addressed

Has the VF WAP homepage been changed? It used to have lots of useful links on it, now it just says "My Vodafone".

Thanks, but why did it close down? That link doesn't explain why. I thought it was a very good start/landing page.

Also, how come there was no notice on the page itself that it was closing down? This is the first I've heard of it.

Ah well, at least I know now, I guess. Some notification on the page itself would have been useful though (I don't read the Vodafone forums).

I doubt they realised anyone was still using it
