Is anyone able to tell me when the $5 prepay plan change fee came into effect? I don't remember seeing it a couple of months ago but I may have missed it.
Yes I noticed this myself when using their app a couple of days ago. Weird they would have this, if it is all automated. Not sure if it applies for switching on all prepaid plans.
There's a bunch of elves behind the scenes who have to flick some switches and turn some knobs. They have to be paid somehow. Much like Ticketmasters "Online Delivery Fee". Also elves.
