Just got this text:

"Fast 4G is coming to Vodafone Prepay Smart on 11. Dec FREE on the 4G $19 plan! Don't go do anything yet & we'll tell you how to get it very soon. vodafone.co.nz/4G/

So looks like I will be enjoying 4G here in Napier in the not too distant future :) Yey!
