I have a prepaid ph that hasn't been used for several weeks.
When turned on I get unregistered sim message.
There is about $20 credit on it.
What can I do to get it working again?
Thanks

Hi kandjc

A Prepay number deactivating is not related to when it was last used but when last topped up,

The credit will expire 12 months from last topup and then 31 days later the Prepay number will be deactivated off the network

Vodafone send reminder SMS 30 days before any Prepay credit expires and we also send SMS 10 days and 2 days before the Prepay number expires

If the phone is off then the SMS will expire before they can be delivered, We can only attempt to contact the end user

Viewing the expiry date of a Prepay account can be checked by the end user using SMS or logging into ' My Account '

Also I am only guessing the Prepay number has expired for non topup, This is what it sounds like

There will be a valid reason why the expiry date changed
