Anyone have suggestions of a person to contact at VF who can actually get my broadband connected? I placed my order to have my naked ADSL connection moved to my new flat (one house down the street) on Jan 23. Received confirmation that it would be connected on Feb 7, and now my account is showing the connection date as Feb 22. Spent hours on the phone with VF over the past 4 days and no one can tell me what's going on. Anyone have ideas of how to take care of this?

Several VF staff post on here, I'd imagine one will find this thread before too long and ask you to PM them.

I'm a geek, a gamer, a dad, a Quic user, and an IT Professional. I have a full rack home lab, size 15 feet, an epic beard and Asperger's. I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. If you use my Quic signup you can also use the code R570394EKGIZ8 for free setup.

I think John's on it, DM'd him on the VF community. Will pm you if I don't hear anything back. Thanks again!
