WorldxChange suffered a Voice Call outage

At 09.48 we had an issue with the processing of all Voice Calls, no new calls were processed from 09.48 to 10.02.

Calls in progress were not effected and should have failed over when the faulty device was failed over to a standby at 10:02, only new call setups during the 14 minute period were effected.
