For the last few months my 'My Vodafone' widget has not worked :(

The app itself works well and is very useful but the widget just says 'There is no data available for this connection'

I have removed it and put it back, I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I've tried do a handstand and still nothing

Is this a common problem or just me?

Yep, I had high hopes when I saw that update... but no luck

Can you provide a bit more information?
What model phone? Android version? Are you rooted? Custom rom?

Is this what you're getting? (Using a S5 with different Launcher, Although I do recall having this issue on my nexus but never really though anything of it)

Galaxy S5 4.4.2 Stock - No root

Cleared app data, and signed in to app again

Yes I have same issue too. I am on Note 3, stock ROM, red share plan.

Hey NikT, how's this fix coming. Widget is still not working :(


The team is aware & it's to be worked on in a future release, not sure of the ETA on that though as there are a few other features in the roadmap to tackle first. Sorry about that. :(

Guess what, my Vodafone widget is still not working... Oct 2014 LOL

 

Is there something wrong with my account or is it still a widget issue?

 

It would be really nice to have as a quick glance reference :)

I've had a couple of phones since my original post... hasn't worked on any.

 

Galaxy S7 edge

 

Nougat 7.0

 

I've cleared data... uninstalled and reinstalled... factory reset... nothing works :(
