- They should never have supplied such a router to a business in the first place. Horrible thing, can't even change basic settings like turning off DHCP without having to call their tech support to do it from their end ><.
I talked to their Technical team and Set it up with a static WAN IP, VLAN tag of 3, as instructed.
Couldn't even get it to ping the default gateway.
I've set this same model router up for Telecom UFB, Snap UFB, and I think Actrix too.
- I just can't figure out what Vodafone's UFB setup requires, and none of the support staff have anything past the basic knowledge because they are all trained to deal with their Vodafone Stations.
Anyone have any experience with this?
