Just in case some kind person on new can help out and save me a third phone call to 777:

A couple of months ago I talked to the retention team, and ended up signing up to a new plan (Red Connect?) that gives me 500min, unlimited text, and 1.25gb data. The person I was talking to said he would add 500mb for the 24month contract term, leaving me with 1.75gb a month.

When the first new month started in July, that 500mb wasn't available, so I called 777, and the person I talked to added it to my account, and emailed the retention team to get it reinstated permanently. However when this current month started at the end of last week, it was again not present. I called 777 again, and the person I talked to put me on hold and called the retention team again, and said she had confirmed with them that it would be added permanently to my account this time round.

That was Friday last week, and still now my account information shows up as only having a total of 1.25gb.

The interactions I've had have always been friendly, but I'm getting sick of calling and getting nowhere. Is there anybody here who can help?

He's very good at this stuff. :-)
Resolved a kind of similar issue for me last month after several attempts via normal channels failed.
So another vote of thanks to johnr from me too.  :-)
