I am trying to reqister with 3CX this is the log

23-Feb-2015 19:55:15.424   Line Lc:10000(@WXC[<sip:075xxxxxx@pan.wxnz.net:8060>]) has not assigned rinstance '13316dec317xxxxx' in its list of registered contacts!
23-Feb-2015 19:55:15.406   [CM504004]: Registration succeeded for: Lc:10000(@WXC[<sip:075xxxxxx@pan.wxnz.net:8060>])
23-Feb-2015 19:55:15.118   [CM504003]: Sent registration request for Lc:10000(@WXC[<sip:075xxxxxx@pan.wxnz.net:8060>])

As you can see it seems to have an issue with a thing called rinstance!

I cannot make or receive calls and if I ring my number I get a "this number is not in service" message

Any clues as to where to look?

I am running 3CX version 12.5

Thanks,

Mike

Have you followed the instructions on the WxC site for configuration?

Yes although it's not exactly the same as they are for ver 10 but that's how I got as far as I did.

Thanks for your thoughts,

Mike

Hi Mikeclx,

I am unable to see your trunk registered at the moment or even sending out any register requests. If you look under Ports/Trunk Status on your 3cx management console, can you see the status of the Trunk as Registered ?

The instructions on the knowledgebase should still work with this 3cx version.

Thanks for your message but I gave up and switched to RealVOIP through 2talk, they offered support and had me running including the new connection in under 1/2 hour. Just waiting for my numbers to port across. After 15 odd years with my business on WXC I think its time to make the switch.
All the comments about being unsupported and your on your own etc if you choose 3CX by WXC was replaced by being fully supported and recommended by both RealVOIP and 3CX

Now have 3CX running great with 5 incoming lines for what I was paying for 2 on WXC
