I know its not much but I have been trying to get Vodafone to change our TBox from Freeview to Sky with basic and Sport.....
Call one, rings for a period get told about recording for training... on hold for about 6 minutes and it disconnects.
Call two ... get through to a person tell him what I want, puts me on hold for around 7 minutes, comes back to say he needs to transfer. After 20 minutes the call disconnects
Call three... Ring get through to a person explain what I want and I get told that a tech will be booked to call in. I explain again that I have a TBox already installed that was previously on Sky
and changed to Freeview and I explained it just needs to be switched to Sky. I am then told it will take 5 to 10 working days. I exclaimed "really 5 to 10 days to runs a service
change request". She advised that she will email me and call me back in 5 minutes............never heard from her.
*Sigh* I have been a supporter of Vodafone but really what the heck. This is not a fault or pain call is a sales call. Not sure what to do now
