Trying to update my password, so logged into myvodafone on my pc, and thought I had changed my password, as I entered my old and and then the new one, and clicked save. But logging out and logging back in, only the old password worked. Tryed it several times, but same result. This is a bit of a concern. Is anyone else having this problem, or is there a trick to it. I am wondering if it an actual problem with their website or not. Is there another way to change the password, eg using their app?

Perhaps try the "Forgot password" option if there is one.

Thanks. I have already tried that to and get the following error when I try

Please check your password Your password is not secure enough. Passwords must be a minimum six characters and must contain at least one letter and one number.

The password I am entering has both lower and upper case characters and numbers and as 12 characters long. I am guessing they have something majorly wrong with their password systems.
