There's always plenty of complaints for bad service (including from me) so here's something positive.

We're moving in with family while we wait for a new build and we have a few weeks left on a 12 month contract. I called Vodafone and was put through to a "cancellation specialist" who very quickly and efficiently cancelled our plan with no termination fee, then sorted out a better plan at a good price for our new address.

So well done Vodafone.

I guess I spoke too soon.

Received my bill yesterday with a $200 cancellation fee to pay.
And none of the promised plan changes appear to have happened either.

Sigh....

So i hope you won't be signing up with them at the new place then.

So call them back? They’ll have records of your call and will reverse your $200 fee and put you on the plan you were supposed to be on.

Welcome to the real Vodafone.. expect to spend multiple calls over the next few months trying to get it resolved :-)

That's pretty poor. I hope you got the name of the person who you spoke with - and can get back to them easily.

Oooops. That happened quickly - now sorted, I see
