My parents are still with WXC, however they actively still use the @xnet.co.nz email address and don't wish to lose yet another ISP provided email (they are old)
My parents also want to look at fibre, but WXC haven't expanded their offerings since the dark ages, Since it was rebranded to 'Vodafone Next generation' its still 'Last Generation' I don't think they do fibre faster than their VDSL connection, they don't tend to answer support emails and their live chat has been dead for years. All I need to know is if my parents move to an alternative ISP can they set up a permanent forwarder to the email address.
Has anyone recently got any support out of them or done the same?
