Hi
A client near the Haistings area with 4G(?) wireless internet

 

They cant connect to 365 email. Not through Outlook, not through https://outlook.office365.com

 

2 PC's , same issue
Internet is working Ok apart from that (I could remote onto their PC's OK)
I tried setting DNS to 1.1.1.1 & to 8.8.8.8
Also Couldnt ping outlook.office365.com  , that worked ok om my PC at home

 

Anyone else having wierd issues like this ?

There is a thread at https://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=40&topicid=268581 that may be related. I am on Vodafone RBI and yesterday was ok (apart from DNS issue) but today blocks with specific connections back to our company servers. They all work on Spark 4G but traceroutes for RBI stop before reaching our network. I have just tried outlook.office365.com and pings ok from Spark but no response from RBI.

We had someone on V/fone that could access all O365 except Outlook - adding to hosts file resolved it.

I've got two clients with the same issues on Vodafone 4G RBI. 

 

Ones in Bulls and the other in Martinborough. 

 

Certainly seems to be a Vodafone issue. Cannot ping even when trying to ping the IP's directly.
