Loving the new Soho Channel and saw an ad in the paper (for Sky) advertising the channel 9.95 per month.
I'm currently getting Rialto Plus package for 9.95. ..but probably only watch 1 or 2 movies amonth these days, but as we get all the extra kids channels with it, I've kept it (for the kids of course!).
So went on line to what packages if any offered with Soho (when the free offer supposedly runs out next month).. guess what...its not listed in any channel line up?!?!?
So thought OK, website not updated lets call customer care line...what a waste of time, the agent knew nothing of the channel ..even though its on channel 10 and offered no suggestion about what to do, except to call Sky?!?. ..as an aside there was a what sounded like a crying baby in the background of customer care ?!?!?!?!?
anyhoo..Surely Telstra are losing customers through lack of organisation and communication within their own company or even coming up with any marketing in line with what is actually happening in their own channel line up!
will Soho just disappear in a months time as Telstra have been able to work out how to market it to their customers? ones like myself willing to pay for a service if it was available!
confused and a wee bit irate after wasting 30 minutes of my day trying to figure it out!
