I see there are problems accessing some international servers today, including services hosted with CloudFront... If I use a VPN and bypass the TelstraClear transparent proxy then all works fine.

freitasm: What does "VPN" have to do with TelstraClear transparent proxy?
freitasm: Users don't have to find workarounds, the company has to fix the infrastructure.

freitasm: No. I can't be bothered. Seriously I would imagine a large company should have a NOC with all sorts of alarms going on when their gear goes rogue.
Calling a help desk will give me 45 minutes of "please restart your router", "please plug your PC directly to the modem", please restart your PC" when this is certainly not something here.
