Using what spectrum? It's the question everybody wants to know.

One can assume it'll be using 2d's spectrum after Vocus buy them and he partners with them smile

"Dick said that in addition to backing Hawaiki he also planned to set up a wireless internet network later this year using radio spectrum that he had kept following last year's $250m sale of CallPlus to M2, which is now part of Australian firm Vocus."

Any idea what spectrum that would be?

No where near enough for a wide service. Also i hope he's not going to start this 5g crap with LTE-Pro vs actual 5g which is a standard that is coming (in 2020)

Thats a single TDD block not covered by LTE bands, it's fairly useless and my 1/2 assed check shows it out of alignment internationally so unlikely to change
