Thanks, same as the other link. But it is a basic thing, should really been fixed before RTM.

Anyone else having trouble with searching in outlook?

I get the message above a lot.

Agree the preview of office documents (excel) should have been fixed out of the box too.

Can someone please clarify the version numbering for me?

Wikipedia and various forums seem to think that 16.0.4266.1003 is the RTM version (which someone here has installed but can't find the source he used anymore), whereas if I use the current C2R tool to download the install I get either 16.0.4229.1024 or 16.0.4229.1029 if I force it to "Current" branch in the .xml.

Also - OneDrive for Business seems to be missing as an option from the "Save As" screens of various applications including the current Adobe Acrobat XI or DC - any known fixes for this?

Whereas I've got Office 365 ProPlus and it says 16.0.4229.1029 is the latest version. This is all very confusing.

Edit: Doing some ugly hackery and systematically downloading the individual components (e.g. http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/64256AFE-F5D9-4F86-8936-8840A6A4F5BE/Office/Data/v32_16.0.6001.1033.cab) seems to be working. Why the C2R app is finding old versions I've no idea.

I managed to get it to update, what a pain.

If you set the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration\UpdateURL to http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/64256AFE-F5D9-4F86-8936-8840A6A4F5BE then it seems to find the updates. (This may be horribly wrong, but for testing purposes it seems to be working ok)

Office 365 2016

I had difficulty getting this version to install.  The updater said something went wrong a couple of times, before it decided to stick.

Anyway, a side issue - and thanks for your screenshot. Someone picked this up while trying to fix some OneDrive issues over the phone. Noticed that the OneDrive icon has dropped off the product list icons??  I can't really remember if it was ever there in the Office 2013 panel or not.

FWIW - The regular download process is now bringing down 16.0.6001.1034 without needing to resort to any trickery, so it may have been a replication issue with Akamai somewhere.
