Hi
I went to take up the Office 365 + 1TB offer [as my one drive is at 17GB and will be stopped 27th June] but its not there despite using the link from the 4 emails from MS offering it [note those emails were all after the chance to keep the 'bonus' 10+5 GB I have now ]
It also isn't appearing in my onedrive plans and offers
Anyone else had this issue or ideas before I pack a sad and migrate to Google Drive ?
Have you looked at the Office 365 site?

Thank you for the reply
The link you provided doesn't work with Opera so I used Edge
Unfortunately I get the following
If click on the login option it takes me back to the above screen. Here is a view from my logged in onedrive
Not a good look in my view, I wonder if I will get another email with a better link for Wednes ?

That MS offered me in numerous emails that I could get Office 365 + 1TB free for a year since I was an existing onedrive user impacted by the downgrade from 15GB to 5GB and yet I cannot take that offer
I'd have to check but I have seen somewhere [maybe another thread] that I should see a screen that shows I get 1 year free offer
My emails from MS say
What you can do To bring your account within your storage limits: • Claim a free one-year subscription to Office 365 Personal,* which comes with 1 TB of OneDrive storage.
* Credit card required and subscription will automatically renew. Cancel at any time at www.office.com/myaccount
When I try the office.com link I still don't get the 1 year offer
Am I missing something ?
Have you looked to see if there was an expiry date on the offer?

No it doesn't appear to have an expiry
The last email on the 14th with the offer said I had 14 days i.e. until the change over on the 27th
Maybe someone at MS will realize tomorrow that something is wrong and fix it up ?
I simply won't be able to add more files they don't delete for a year so I don't strictly speaking have to migrate to another cloud storage by Thurs.
I just checked and its the same issue on all three MS accounts we have and two are well under the new 5GB limit so we have some breathing space
Meanwhile Tues I'll start looking at google drive
Try going to Onedrive on the web and clicking on the options (I see it as a little gear cog) and clicking upgrade and seeing what options it gives you there :)
Strange, when I open the link in the email I received back in April, office365 is still in my cart for $0. But when I do same link in Edge browser (where I hadn't clicked on the link before) it is not in the cart and is $69 still.

Same options as my earlier screen show i.e. $119 for a year

Its almost as if the offer has expired which imho would be fairly silly of MS to do since they know most people won't act on a change until the last few days. If MS has withdrawn the offer, their lost not mine as I will change all my MS services to elsewhere e.g. google [which is the nice thing about these Cloud Services !]
Your loss, not Microsoft's. They were giving you something for nothing. If you move elsewhere it is at least a short-term gain for them.

Not really - imho MS are risking loosing an existing customer[s] who may well of continued the subscriptions after the first year [as you suggest]. If they had ensured their offers worked as one should expect then I wouldn't be moving
Lets see if they fix it
I can't see why is Microsoft's fault if an offer wasn't taken up on time and it expired.

Nothing from MS to me or what I can find says it has expired so that is currently speculation. If it that is confirmed at least I know and can change change cloud providers
