Handle9:More likely Windows 10 will be like Windows XP - the zombie that just wouldn't die.
The early Alphas don't make me excited. I will load it on my test device to keep up to date. The devices I use personally are Apple. We have also purchased Apple products for our business as we
ran out of patience with Windows 10.
MS Updated the system requirements page.

Still too much FUD & uncertainty
MS state "requirements" . Then MS say "may not" be able to install it.
I can't help musing that this is a ploy in conjunction with OEMs to stimulate the PC and Laptop market. Very shortsighted given the global chip shortage.

But will windows 11 run on an Apple M1 Mac?
At present, officially, no. It doesn't look like it'll run on Intel Macs either due to the TPM requirement.

But will windows 11 run on an Apple M1 Mac?
I have one Windows machine I use to stay up to date with Windows. All my working machines are Apple. I guess Windows 11 could run in VM or Parallels but I would never waste a Mac by putting Windows on it.
gehenna: Not unless you can virtualise TPM.

Windows 11: Microsoft apologizes for compatibility confusion, hints at changes | ZDNet
Microsoft is also pulling its PC Health Check app, acknowledging this it was "not fully prepared to share the level of detail or accuracy you expected from us on why a Windows 10 PC doesn't meet upgrade requirements." The app will reappear before the projected general availability of Windows 11 later this year. (That release date is likely to be in October.)
According to Microsoft, its "OEM and silicon partners ... are achieving a 99.8% crash free experience" on test builds of Windows 11. They also offered hope that the CPU requirement might be revised to include some older Intel and AMD models. With today's first Insider Preview release, which will install and run on some of those unsupported hardware configurations, the company says it will "test to identify devices running on Intel 7th generation and AMD Zen 1 that may meet our principles."

And from Microsoft Update on Windows 11 minimum system requirements | Windows Insider Blog
The intention of today’s post is to acknowledge and clarify the confusion caused by our PC Health Check tool, share more details as to why we updated the system requirements for Windows 11 and set the path for how we will learn and adjust. Below you will find changes we are making based on that feedback, including ensuring we have the ability for Windows Insiders to install Windows 11 on 7th generation processors to give us more data about performance and security, updating our PC Health check app to provide more clarity, and committing to more technical detail on the principles behind our decisions. With Windows 11, we are focused on increasing security, improving reliability, and ensuring compatibility. This is what drives our decisions.
Based on the feedback so far, we acknowledge that it was not fully prepared to share the level of detail or accuracy you expected from us on why a Windows 10 PC doesn’t meet upgrade requirements. We are temporarily removing the app so that our teams can address the feedback. We will get it back online in preparation for general availability this fall. In the meantime, you can visit our minimum system requirements page here to learn more.

Seems to be working fine so far.
Main concern is "Combine Taskbar Buttons" has been removed, and seems no way to reenable it :(

I'm sure they'll re-enable that in a future release. Not something that'll bother me though, I prefer them grouped.
Adding an extra click into the workflow not ideal... but yes, hopefully it comes back
