Looking to guage the interest of anyone in Napier interested in using a Co-Working / Shared Office space?

Thoughts so far would be -

- All the inclusions you'd expect: Kitchen, Internet (Fibre), Bookable meeting room (Closed off space for privacy), Napier fringe CBD, Free parking, 24/7 Access, Permanent desk space.

At this point it's probably too much to start piece-meal renting per day or week. The idea would be for it to be month to month for your own dedicated space.

It's a clean, nice/interesting space (rather than one big open room).  85m2.

I think we could do it for $250 /month -everything included.

Even if you're not in Napier - I'd be keen to hear from anyone who's setup coworking spaces and their experience.

Probably spoke too soon on putting a price out there.  We'll need to figure out all the costs before committing to a price - but the value for me and our small team is networking, sharing ideas and maybe working together on projects where possible.
