If you open Google maps or Google Earth and attempt to look at "Navigation drive, Whitby, WGN" it will attempt to produce driving instructions to "Whitby" in WGN!

It ignores the fact "Navigation drive" is in fact the name of a road!

Anyone have any clue as to how to bypass this?

That's quite funny actually.
The following seems to work "Whitby, Navigation Drive, Whitby"

Ask the owners to move.

"Navigate to Navigation drive, Whitby" also works - but yeah I think asking the owners to move is probably still the best solution.
