How to Enter: You just need to reply here with the brightest idea on how you going to use this new 42 inch LG OLED evo AI C5 4K Smart TV 2025. It can be just describing how it will be used in a kid's room or lounge, replacing an older TV or how you plan on integrating it to a home cinema. As usual, you get a double entry if you post a related photo. Be creative here folks.

General rules: one entry per user only in our competition (double with a related photo). One winner will be randomly selected. This giveaway is open to NZ residents and closes Monday 29 September 2025 (New Zealand time). The winner will be selected in a random draw and contacted via PM. After confirmation we will post winner's username in this topic. Once confirmed, winner's details will be shared with LG and their associated PR company so the prize can be shipped directly. The photos are illustrative. This prize retails for NZ$2,599.

I would use it as the playfield of a virtual pinball table I want to build. I have been aquiring parts over the past four years for this project..

What is a virtual pinball machine? - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=61LWVUVbI6M

(Hopefully video count as an image).. If not.. here is a screenshot.

I've got an office that's pending some furniture (Ikea can't come soon enough) that could do with a TV to give it a proper man-cave setup. I have an old LG C9 in the lounge, and would love to have an OLED 42" as my gaming space display.

In our master bedroom we have a decent-sized 16:9 OILED. That’s not a typo - it’s an original oil painting. If you look quickly or take a photo, you might think it’s a TV. And if you say it quickly and slur the word, you might even fool some of the people some of the time that it’s an OLED.

But it’s not and we would rather have a real OLED TV instead of a fake one. The giveaway TV would be ideal.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

It would replace my existing 1080i plasma running with a PS5... so yup, a 4K OLED would blow our existing TV out of the water and allow us to finally sort out a desktop gaming console rig.

Would love to replace our aging 32" TV that has survived almost 10 years of full-time motorhome travel.

A 42" replacement would be a real bragging piece and a great monitor. 😎

Ted E. Bare thinks that it's high time that I replace my 22 year old 21" Sony Trinitron CRT TV! Not only do I still have this ancient TV that's almost as old as Geekzone itself, but I still have its original box!

I’ll use it for my LCD Steam Deck in docked mode and play emulated games in CRT filter mode :D

FYI to everyone who is entering, OLED’s are fragile and can’t be in direct sunlight. It’s like handling a pane of thin glass, and the oleds burn in from the UV in direct sunlight.

They’re otherwise incredible in picture quality :) nothing else really beats them except microled.

It would replace the crap 50" Veon TV I currently have as my main monitor mounted on the wall in my office.

I'm sure my son, who's a budding sim racer, would love to add this to the seat and wheel he got for his birthday earlier this year.

He's currently using a spare 24inch Dell monitor, which tbf just isn't cutting the mustard.
